Festival at Mount Si Starts Friday!

It’s time for my last art festival of the year, and this one is in North Bend, an easy drive for my Seattle Eastside friends!

So, what goes on at the Festival at Mount Si – besides my Fine Art Photography booth, of course? Well, there’s a beer garden, naturally. There’s the Big Bend Bash with young bands from Snoqualmie, Kent, Kenmore and Mercer Island. There’s a DJ Dance Party, a Kiddie Parade, a Grand Parade, a Chili Cookoff, and the always popular Cherry Pie Eating Contest!

Oh, and you do not want to miss the Wife Carrying Contest! Seriously! Carry your wife the length of the course faster than anyone else and you’ll win her weight in beer!

Directions

From Seattle take I-90 East to exit 31. Follow the round-about left under the freeway. Go through two traffic signals, cross over a bridge and turn right at the signal on Park St. Go two blocks and turn right on Healy. Follow Healy approx. .2 miles (changes to Orchard). Si View Community Center will be on your left.
